Biography
Debbie Carr is Head of Recruitment, Keynotes and Director of The True Colours Group. True Colours provides a comprehensive range of talent management services in Australia and New Zealand, including recruitment, training, keynotes, women on boards and women in leadership. True Colours has operations around the world and training materials have been developed into seven different languages. Thousands of people have experienced part of the True Colours services.
Since joining True Colours in July 2009, Debbie has led the development of a new women’s keynote speaking division for True Colours.
Prior joining True Colours, Debbie has operated Coyote Management Intl speaking bureau.
Debbie began her career as a Office Manager at AXISS Australia, The Australian Government’s highly successful agency set up to promote Australia’s Financial Services around the world, since then her business experience gone from strength to strength.
Debbie’s recruitment career has included being commissioned to build a business support and temp desk with Repforce and working as an Executive Recruiter with Mosaic Recruitment.
She has been nominated for Telstra Business of the Year Awards 2007, featured in magazines, Event Connect, City Weekly and Quorum.

Tanya, the head designer of True Colours is a strong advocate of Strength Based Workplaces, Women in Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility. She continues to
research the world for the latest theories to ensure the True Colours System continues to evolve and is at the forefront of international professional development standards, whilst considering the needs of our region.
