Women Leaders
Empowering Women to be Outstanding Leaders

The role of leadership is a personal role that requires the artful blending of vision, motivation, strategy and management skills to create a culture that encourages individual thinking and goal attainment. A good leader must be able to communicate, delegate well and be perceived as a role model.

Although organisation and communication styles between genders does not really differ, women face special challenges in reaching leadership position, as such The True Colours, Women in Leadership program takes into consideration the different aspects of leadership development specifically designed for women.
The program is designed to provide experience in the key elements of leadership within an organisation, and provides in depth knowledge about how it works.
Each important stage of advancement addresses what is expected as a leader.
  • Self awareness, confidence and belief
  • Encouraging and empowering others
  • Enabling others to act
  • Leading by example
  • Inspiring a shared vision
  • Challenging the Process
During this period leaders are set a challenge ‘to raise money for the Children’s Oncology Foundation’.
